Incorporating both fitness of body and of soul, this very interactive class with Carol Fairchild will feature an exercise program designed for a variety of women as well as nutrition ideas and a Bible devotion time. Sign up by calling the church office.

Letting Go of Anger (Annie Chapman) Learn techniques to help you recognize your triggers and ways to help keep anger from destroying or damaging your relationships. All women are invited. Please purchase a copy of the book if you plan to participate.

Motherís of Preschoolers meets the first and third Friday of the month from 10:00AM-12:00PM. If you are a parent of a child Infant through 6 years, this group just might be for you. There are special speakers, programs and childcare for your little ones. We are also planning fun outings for parents and children.
