You just eat something or wait for your next meal and get back on track with regular meal times. A quiet time provides nourishment for your soul. If you want to experience health, growth and strength you need to do this. Plug into power! It takes a few weeks for you to become familiar with a new task. It will take several more weeks before it becomes a comfortable habit. Donít give up - God wants to spend this time with you. Soon it will become a deeply rewarding part of your daily life.
