The goal of our real life groups is to make disciples through a process of intentional relationships. Our small group's (12 or less) meet regularly and allow Christians to connect deeply with each other because the leader is modeling authenticity and transparency.

Real relationships are an essential part of God’s plan. We believe that we are designed to be in relationship with God first and foremost but are also designed to be in relationship with others. In fact, Jesus said that the authoritative proof of His Good News for the world is confirmed by the kind of relationships evident among His followers:

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35

These personal relationships cannot happen from a distance or in a crowd but are based upon first-hand knowledge of each other, especially those who serve with us, who do life together and move from being acquaintances to friends. The identifying characteristics of these relationships are transparency, vulnerability and intimacy.
